Check-out is until 12 noon.
Our hotel does not have its own car park. However, you can use the Michel-Garage, just around 250 metres away, at a special discounted rate for our hotel guests. The parking fee can conveniently be added to your hotel bill and settled at check-out.
You can either drive straight to the garage or briefly stop in front of the hotel to load or unload your luggage (please note: stopping only, no parking ⏳).
Our tip 💡: Drop off your luggage at the hotel first – then you can head to the garage, park your car and start your stay relaxed and stress-free, without having to carry your bags all the way.
The hotel has a lift, but not all rooms can be reached by lift.
Unfortunately, our hotel is not fully accessible.
🚪 Entrance: More than 15 steps need to be climbed; there is no step-free access.
🛏️ Rooms: We do not have any wheelchair-accessible rooms.
🚿 Bathrooms: Our bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible; the showers have a raised entry.
🛗 Lift: A lift is available, but it may not be suitable for larger wheelchairs and only goes up to the 4th floor (out of 5).
👉 Good to know: As a historic building and former seamen’s home, there are some structural limitations that unfortunately cannot be changed.

The hotel does not have air conditioning.
.The reception is staffed from 7:00 to 23:00. In case of a later arrival, please contact the reception beforehand.
.There are both ways to make a reservation. Whether and how often breakfast is included in the price, you will see in your reservation confirmation. If you want to have breakfast and have booked without: DON'T PANIC! Breakfast can always be taken spontaneously every morning.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 11:00 am.

WLAN is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
.Children under 12 years stay free of charge in their parents' room/bed. A baby cot or extra bed (as a sofa bed in Captain's Class) are available for a fee of €25 per night (subject to availability, please enquire).
Dogs are welcome and permitted upon registration. The fee is €15 per night. The only exception: unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in our mess hall (breakfast restaurant) during breakfast time.
The following means of payment are possible: cash, Girocard, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
.The Hotel Stella Maris is a pure non-smoking hotel.
.Bookings via our booking engine can be cancelled here depending on the restrictions. Reservations via other booking portals can only be cancelled directly with the third-party provider.
