When is the hotel room ready for occupancy on the day of arrival?
Check-in is possible from 3 pm.

When must the hotel room be vacated on the day of departure?
Check-out is until 12 noon.
Is a parking space available?
The hotel does not have its own car park. However, you can park your car three minutes' walk away in the Michel underground car park. It's best to come to us beforehand, unload your luggage and we'll explain how everything about parking works.
Is there a lift available?
The hotel has a lift, but not all rooms can be reached by lift.
Is air conditioning available?
The hotel does not have air conditioning.
.At what times is the reception desk staffed?
The reception is staffed from 7:00 to 23:00. In case of a later arrival, please contact the reception beforehand.
.Is breakfast included in the room rate?
There are both ways to make a reservation. Whether and how often breakfast is included in the price, you will see in your reservation confirmation. If you want to have breakfast and have booked without: DON'T PANIC! Breakfast can always be taken spontaneously every morning.
What are the breakfast times?
Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 to 11:00 am.

Children under 12 years stay free of charge in their parents' room/bed. A baby cot or extra bed (as a sofa bed in Captain's Class) are available for a fee of €25 per night (subject to availability, please enquire).
